  • Repair, remove, service or replace hydraulic system components, gauges, and instruments and electrical system components.
  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft avinoics systems. These included:
  • GPS, Autopilots, Transponders , DME , TCAD/TCAS, Fuel Flow instruments , Airdata systems , Engine Analyzers, Stormscopes, W.S.I. Weather and Radar Systems , Intercoms , HSI Heading Systems , ADF, Navomms and Indicators , Static System Checks (Altimeters, VSI, and airspeed indicators)
  • Familiar with basic vacuum systems and instruments (DG, AI, and vacuum gauges)
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and clear aircraft fault codes.
  • Participate in after-maintenance test flights and carrying out compass swings to verify the quality of maintenance performed.
  • Maintain shop tools and equipment such multimeters. Oscilloscopes, gauges, balances and measuring tools like vernier calipers and microscopes.
  • Maintain, service, and test lead acid batteries.
